Cold and Flu Season is upon us!
Makes 1 serving
- 1 Echinacea tea bag *
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cloves
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Place tea bag, cinnamon and cloves in a mug. Fill 3/4 full with boiling water and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove cinnamon and cloves and stir in honey and lemon juice. *May substitute chamomile tea for the Echinacea tea.
